Gravocore Limited Warranty for the Gravocore Kit Intended Solely for Personal use.
What Is Covered Under This Limited Warranty?
This limited warranty covers defects in manufacture, workmanship and materials in your new and genuine Gravocore Kit purchased through Gravocore LLC or an authorized re-seller. This limited warranty applies to products intended solely for personal use.
Who Does the Limited Warranty Cover & How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This limited warranty covers the original purchaser only and lasts for 90 days, beginning from the date of purchase.
What Will Gravocore LLC Do?
At its discretion, Gravocore LLC will at no additional charge to you, repair or replace any defective Gravocore Kit covered by this limited warranty, or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
The terms of this limited warranty provide the exclusive and sole remedy available to you. This limited warranty is limited as follows:
- This limited warranty only applies to authentic Gravocore Kits sold in the United States.
- Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
- This limited warranty does not cover any problems which result from lack of maintenance, improper assembly, accident, neglect, modification, abuse or misuse of the product such as in ways described in the set up and use instructions (including, for example, sawing or the use of inadequate anchoring, any use as a rope, for example to tow), exposure to variations in ambient environmental conditions (including, for example, changes in heat, humidity, or moisture, including water saturation), use with any product not manufactured or sold by Gravocore LLC, impact damage, indentations, scratches or surface damage (including abrasions caused by failure to use, protect or maintain the product properly), product deterioration or variations in color or markings that are ordinarily expected based on ordinary use or develop over time because of natural processes such as exposure to sunlight, and damage caused to products during shipping.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SINCE THIS IS A PERSONAL ITEM AND SINCE COMMISSIONS ARE PAID TO AFFILIATES WHICH ARE NOT REFUNDABLE TO GRAVOCORE LLC.
At its discretion, Gravocore LLC will at no additional charge to you, repair or replace any defective Gravocore Kit covered by this limited warranty, or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser.
What About Implied Warranties?
The duration of ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTIES ALLEGED TO ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE ARE RESTRICTED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
How Is This Limited Warranty Voided?
This warranty is void if the Gravocore Kit is improperly stored, assembled, altered and/or modified in any way, misused, abused, is subject to accident, and is improperly maintained. This limited warranty is void if the product serial number has been altered, defaced or removed.
Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents voids this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty applies only to Product purchased from Gravocore LLC or from an authorized reseller.
How Do You Request A Repair Or Other Service?
To receive a copy of this limited warranty, or to request any warranty service, please register your purchase and product at www.gravocore.com within thirty (30) days of purchasing it or provide us with proof of your purchase.
For a replacement, provide written notice of your claim with thirty (30) days of when you discovered the defect to: Gravocore Customer Service, customercare@gravocore.com . Once your product has been authenticated by a Customer Service Representative, you will be issued an ID # and instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Gravocore LLC and all other charges associated with the transportation of the product. You are responsible for insuring the product being shipped. After the product is received, a Gravocore product expert will inspect it and contact you within 3 business days to give you the results of the inspection. If your product is not covered under this limited warranty, it will be sent back to you. Gravocore LLC will pay the return shipping costs for all products that are covered under this limited warranty. Any products sent to Gravocore LLC without an ID # will be refused and returned to sender. All replaced parts under this warranty will at the time of service become the property of Gravocore LLC.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
